    Detailed Information

     Features:

    - Large diameter and thick wall: EN 10217 LSAW steel pipes are capable of producing large diameter and thick wall steel pipes, suitable for long distance pipes requiring high strength and large size.

     

    - High pressure and low temperature resistance: These steel pipes have good high pressure and low temperature resistance, suitable for use in a variety of environmental conditions.

     

    - Dimensional accuracy and uniformity: LSAW steel pipes have high dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thickness and good surface quality, helping to improve the overall performance and reliability of the pipe.

     

    - Welding quality: The use of pre-welding and final welding process, stable welding process, high welding quality, easy to carry out non-destructive testing in the production process and on-site non-destructive testing during use.

    Production procedure
     

    1. Prepare raw materials

    - Steel plate inspection: Full plate ultrasonic inspection is carried out on the steel plate on the production line to ensure that the raw material is free of defects.

    - Steel plate edge milling: Both sides of the steel plate are milling with an edge milling machine to meet the width and edge shape requirements.

     

    2. Forming process

    - Prebending: The edge of the steel plate is prebent using a prebending machine to meet the curvature required for forming.

    - Forming: Using JCOE or UOE forming technology:

    - JCOE forming: After many stamping, the steel plate first forms a "J" shape, then a "C" shape, and finally an open "O" shaped tube blank.

    - UOE forming: The steel plate is prebent and then deformed into a round tube blank by U and O forming machines.

     

    3. Welding process

    - Pre-welding: Spot welding is performed on the tube blank after forming to maintain its shape.

    - Internal welding: multi-wire submerged arc welding technology is used to weld the inside of the steel pipe.

    - External welding: multi-wire submerged arc welding technology is also used to weld the outside of the steel pipe.

     

    4. Quality inspection

    - Ultrasonic inspection: 100% ultrasonic inspection of the welded steel pipe to ensure that the weld is free of defects.

    - X-ray inspection: X-ray industrial television inspection system is used for further inspection of the weld.

     

    5. Post-processing

    - Expanding: Through the expanding treatment to improve the dimensional accuracy of the steel pipe and improve the stress distribution.

    - End processing: The two ends of the steel pipe are processed to achieve the required specifications.

     

    6. Final inspection and coating

    - Water pressure test: water pressure test is carried out on the finished steel pipe to test its ability to withstand pressure.

    - Final inspection: Conduct final quality inspection to ensure that the product meets the standard.

    - Coating treatment: The steel pipe is treated with anti-corrosion coating as required.
