Applicant Process

- Fusion & Curing: The hot metal causes the powder to melt, flow, and form a liquid film that wets the surface. Heat then triggers a chemical reaction (cross-linking) in the epoxy, transforming it into a solid, hard, continuous protective layer.
- Cooling & Inspection: The coated pipe is cooled (often via water spray) and then undergoes rigorous inspection (e.g., thickness testing, holiday detection) to ensure the coating is uniform, defect-free, and meets quality standards.
