    Chemical Composition (Max Content)

    • ASTM A53 Grade A contains Carbon ≤0.25%, Manganese ≤0.95%, Phosphorus ≤0.05%, Sulfur ≤0.045%; ASTM A53 Grade B features higher manganese content (0.95%-1.20%) and stricter impurity control.
    • BS1387 & EN10219 grades adopt low-carbon formula (Carbon ≤0.22%), ensuring excellent welding performance. 
    • All grades adopt pure low-carbon steel without harmful alloy elements, featuring stable metallurgical structure.

    Physical & Mechanical Properties

    • ASTM A53 Grade A pipe has yield strength ≥205MPa, tensile strength 330-415MPa, with superior ductility (elongation ≥30%), suitable for bending and secondary processing; ASTM A53 Grade B pipe owns higher yield strength ≥240MPa and tensile strength 415-540MPa, with stronger pressure resistance and load-bearing capacity.
    • BS1387 and EN10219 pipes have uniform mechanical parameters, good low-temperature toughness and structural stability. 
    • Overall, our MS round pipes feature smooth surface, uniform wall thickness and reliable toughness. Diversified steel grades meet general piping, structural engineering and medium-pressure industrial usage, being widely applied in global construction and industrial fields.
