- EN 10210 seamless steel tubes are specially designed for hot-finished structural hollow sections, covering circular, square, rectangular, and elliptical shapes.
- As a European standard widely recognized in the construction and engineering industries, EN 10210 strictly regulates material composition, manufacturing processes, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical performance, ensuring the tubes can withstand high loads, harsh environments, and long-term stable operation.

EN 10210 (BS EN 10210), fully compliant with European quality requirements, equivalent to ASTM A501, AS 1163, JIS G 3466, and GB/T 6728 in corresponding applications. - Material Grades
Non-alloy steel grades (S235JRH, S275J0H, S275J2H, S355J0H, S355J2H, S355K2H)
fine-grain steel grades (S275NH, S275NLH, S355NH, S355NLH, S420NH, S420NLH, S460NH, S460NLH), among which S355J2H is the most widely used due to its high strength and toughness. - Dimensional Range:
Outer diameter (OD): 21.3mm - 1219.2mm;
Wall thickness (WT): 0.5mm - 25mm (up to 120mm for special requirements);
Length: single random, double random, or custom cut to length (typically 6-12m). - Mechanical Properties:
Minimum yield strength up to 355 MPa, minimum tensile strength up to 630 MPa, elongation at break ≥22%, and impact energy ≥27 J at -20°C (for J2H grade), with excellent toughness and load-bearing capacity. - Surface Treatment
Black (self-colored uncoated), varnish/oil coating, pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized (zinc content ≥98%), 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE, HDPE, etc., to enhance corrosion resistance and service life. - Ends & Packing
Ends: square ends/plain ends (straight cut, saw cut, torch cut), beveled/threaded ends;
Packing: bundle, bulk, wooden case, or other seaworthy packing according to customer requirements.
