Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Tube

The zinc plating process makes it have stronger protection and strong corrosion resistance. The whole structure is made of zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal, which forms a barrier on the steel plate, thus effectively preventing the penetration of corrosion factors. Corrosion resistance comes from the barrier layer of zinc with strong protection function. When zinc is used for sacrificial protection in trimming, scratches and coating scratches, zinc forms an insoluble oxide layer to play a barrier protection function.

ASTM A36 Mild/Low Carbon Steel

ASTM A36 is the most commonly used mild and hot-rolled steel. It has excellent welding properties and is suitable for grinding, punching, tapping, drilling and machining processes. Yield strength of ASTM A36 is less than that of cold roll C1018, thus enabling ASTM A36 to bend more readily than C1018. Normally, larger diameters in ASTM A36 are not produced since C1018 hot roll rounds are used.

European Standard Steel Tube

European Norm (EN) steel tube standards are developed by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and harmonized across EU/EEA countries, replacing conflicting national standards (e.g., BS, DIN, NF). Compliance often links to EU directives.

EN 10025 S275JR Steel Tube

EN 10025 is Europe's primary standard for hot-rolled structural steels (full title: *Hot rolled products of structural steels*). Its steel tubes are predominantly categorized into three main series—S235, S275, and S355—covering general-purpose, medium-strength, and high-strength structural applications; they constitute the mainstream choice for structural tubing within the engineering sectors of both Europe and the global market.
