Complying with the EN 10219 (BS EN 10219) European standard for cold-formed welded non-alloy and fine-grain steel hollow sections, Brisk Steel's S355J2H steel tubes are produced via advanced cold-forming welding processes without subsequent overall heat treatment, ensuring stable structural dimensions and consistent mechanical performance.
The S355J2H grade features a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa and a maximum carbon equivalent value of 0.45%, with strictly controlled low carbon, phosphorus and sulfur content, endowing the tubes with excellent weldability, formability and structural stability, which are core attributes for long-service-life bridge structures.
