    API 5L (PSL1/PSL2) Oil & Gas Pipeline Pipe

    • Applicable scenarios: Onshore and offshore oil and gas transmission pipelines, oilfield gathering and transportation pipelines, acidic medium working conditions
    • Core physical performance: The steel grades cover B, X42, X52, X60, X70, X80. The tensile strength ranges from 415MPa to 760MPa, and the yield strength is stably controlled within the standard interval. PSL2 high-grade products have excellent low-temperature impact toughness and strict carbon equivalent control. Customized NS acid-resistant steel grades have excellent HIC and SSC stress corrosion resistance, adapting to hydrogen sulfide-containing acidic oil and gas fields. The product has uniform wall thickness, strong pressure resistance, and no hidden danger of weld seam cracking, meeting the long-distance and high-flow transmission requirements of oil and gas pipelines.

    ASTM A106 / A53 High-Temperature Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe

    • Applicable scenarios: Power plant boiler pipelines, petrochemical high-temperature fluid transmission, conventional industrial medium and high-pressure pipelines
    • Core physical performance: The mainstream Grade B has a tensile strength of ≥415MPa and a yield strength of ≥240MPa. Through precise carbon component control, it balances strength and ductility, with an elongation rate of more than 23%. It can operate stably for a long time in a high-temperature environment below 425℃, with good weldability and thermal deformation resistance. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.5%-1%, which is higher than the standard conventional tolerance, reducing pipeline operation resistance and improving fluid transmission efficiency.

    ASTM A335 High-Temperature Alloy Seamless Pipe

    • Applicable scenarios: Ultra-supercritical power station boilers, high-temperature and high-pressure refining equipment, chemical reaction pipelines
    • Core physical performance: Covering P11, P22, P91, P92 and other high-end alloy steel grades. By adding chromium, molybdenum and vanadium alloy elements, the product has ultra-high temperature creep resistance and oxidation resistance. P91 steel grade has a tensile strength of ≥585MPa and a yield strength of ≥415MPa, and can work stably for a long time in a 600℃ high-temperature environment. The high-temperature lasting strength is 10% higher than the industry standard, which can reduce the design wall thickness of the pipeline and save engineering comprehensive cost.

    EN 10216 / EN 10297 European Standard Seamless Pipe

    • Applicable scenarios: European mechanical manufacturing, structural engineering, general fluid transmission projects
    • Core physical performance: Covering E235, E355 and other steel grades, with strict control of dimensional accuracy and surface finish. The mechanical properties are uniform and stable, with good cold and hot processing performance, suitable for bending, drilling and other secondary processing.     Product Limitations & Objective Instructions

    • Relatively Higher Production Cost: The production process of seamless pipes includes high-temperature piercing, multi-pass rolling and precise heat treatment, with complex processes and high raw material loss. The unit price is 10%-30% higher than that of ordinary welded pipes. It is not recommended for low-pressure, conventional water transmission and low-demand civil scenarios with low safety requirements, which can effectively help customers control procurement costs.
    • Certain Restrictions on Ultra-Large Specifications: Affected by production process and equipment limits, the production difficulty and defect rate of seamless pipes with ultra-large diameter (over 1000mm) and ultra-thick wall thickness will increase. For individual ultra-special specifications, a reasonable customized production cycle is required. Our factory optimizes the rolling process to the greatest extent, and the qualified rate of conventional large-size seamless pipes is far higher than the industry level.
    • Ordinary Carbon Steel Has General Natural Corrosion Resistance: Conventional carbon steel seamless pipes have no active anti-corrosion ability, and are prone to oxidation and rust in humid and corrosive environments. For this problem, we provide supporting anti-corrosion processes such as 3PE, FBE coating and galvanizing, and can recommend alloy steel products according to customer working conditions to make up for material performance defects.
