- 100% hydrostatic testing: Each pipe is tested to a pressure 1.5 times its design operating pressure, with no leakage or permanent deformation allowed;
- Weld seam inspection for ERW/LSAW/SSAW pipes: Full-length ultrasonic testing (UT) and eddy current testing (ET) to detect internal weld defects;
- Magnetic particle testing (MT) to identify surface defects on pipe ends;
- Charpy V-notch impact testing (for PSL2 grades) to verify low-temperature toughness;
- Hardness testing to ensure material strength meets standard requirements;
